XCarb® steel: circular strength in every structure
Steel is essential in construction, and with XCarb®, we take sustainability to the next level.
XCarb® is at least 75% circular steel, produced from recycled material and powered by 100% renewable energy (wind and solar). The result?
- Up to 70% lower CO₂ emissions compared to conventional steel
- Independently verified EPDs that meet the strictest international standards
- A product that can be reintegrated into the production cycle after its lifetime

CEMIII B-concrete: less CO₂, more future value
We take a firmly sustainable approach to our concrete choices as well.
CEMIII B-concrete, also known as blast furnace slag cement, has a significantly lower CO₂ footprint thanks to the use of secondary raw materials. The cement replaces a large portion of CO₂-intensive clinker with residual materials from other industrial processes.
This allows us to reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality, stability, or durability.
This type of concrete perfectly aligns with our vision to develop sustainable commercial real estate that lasts for generations.
QuadCore sandwich panels: energy efficiency in every wall
For insulation and building envelopes, we use QuadCore sandwich panels, a material that excels both thermally and structurally. Thanks to their innovative insulation core, they offer:
- Up to 20% better thermal performance than standard panels
- Long-term energy efficiency, significantly reducing energy consumption
- A long lifespan with minimal maintenance costs
