‘Smooth and flawless’: That’s how Mitsubishi Electric describes our service
Mitsubishi Electric has over a century of expertise in designing and selling electronic devices. Today, the company focuses on heat pumps, air conditioning, and climate control systems for both residential and industrial projects. For the past 25 years, Mitsubishi Electric has been a tenant of Bolckmans Group in Ternat.
Thirty years ago, Mitsubishi Electric established a Belgian branch, and five years later, the company found its new home with Bolckmans Group. “We were looking for a central location, but not in the heart of Brussels. That’s how we ended up in the outskirts of the city. Ternat is the ideal location for us to serve all of Belgium,” explains Senior Marketer Thomas Pertry.
Mitsubishi Electric’s building is multifunctional. It features a warehouse with an additional floor, office spaces, a showroom for clients to view the products, and a beautiful training center with a lunchroom and extra meeting rooms on the top floor. Bolckmans Group fully renovated the unit to meet Mitsubishi Electric’s needs. Thomas Pertry reflects on the process with satisfaction: “The project went perfectly for us. We could rely on Bolckmans Group to handle all construction and practical matters associated with the renovation.”
Even after the renovation, Bolckmans Group stayed in close contact with the tenant to provide the best possible support—something Mitsubishi Electric values greatly. “If I were to summarize Bolckmans Group’s service in a few words, I would say: Smooth and flawless,” concludes Pertry.
