OTN Systems and Bolckmans Group: “An Open and Positive Collaboration”

In Olen, along the banks of the Albert Canal, OTN Systems develops, produces, and ships its products. The company’s administrative center is also located here. To centralize all its departments under one roof, a brand-new building was designed in 2011. “We moved here in September 2011. The building was fully constructed to meet our needs and specifications. It was important for us to combine both production and administration within one building, and we succeeded,” recalls Tom Geysen, Vice President of Operations at OTN Systems.

The OTN Systems site consists of three equally sized sections: production facilities, an R&D lab, and offices located on the top floor—all surrounded by a beautiful green environment. This setting is significant for OTN Systems. Tom Geysen explains: “We host customers from all over the world, and being situated in such a beautiful location by the canal makes it an attractive place to invite them.”

As a tenant, OTN Systems doesn’t need to worry about the practicalities of the building. Bolckmans Group takes care of all facility management. With our services, we aim to support our tenants as much as possible, allowing them to focus on their core business. “The team at Bolckmans Group is very dedicated and always accessible.
