As part of the Lutze Group, Lutze Process is a key player in the sand and gravel industry. The company distributes and maintains crushing and screening machines, slurry pumps, dredging pumps, and other heavy equipment.

All activities of Lutze Process are managed from their site in Ternat, which also serves as the administrative headquarters for Lutze Conveying Belux. Bruno Vormezeele, the head of Lutze Process, prioritized accessibility when searching for a new location: “We were previously based in Groot-Bijgaarden, and we wanted to ensure that accessibility for our employees remained excellent.”

Four years ago, Lutze partnered with Bolckmans Group. At the founding of the Lutze Process division, the company needed a unit with both office and warehouse space. The property in Ternat was vacant at the time, and Bolckmans Group worked closely with Lutze to design the space. “Bolckmans Group listened to us carefully. We collaborated on the layout, and this resulted in a successful design,” Vormezeele recalls.
