Impermo praises our quick response times

Impermo’s unit, measuring just over 1,000 m², is ideally located along a major roadway, just minutes from the E313 highway. The showroom spans two floors, which suits Impermo perfectly. “The property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s ideally located and spacious. On the ground floor, we can showcase all our ceramic indoor tiles, while the upper floor displays terrace tiles, natural stone, parquet, and vinyl flooring.”

The partnership between Bolckmans Group and Impermo is still in its early stages, but the collaboration has already proven effective. For instance, Impermo Geel supplied all the tiles for the new-build unit at Korte Mate in Ghent. “We really appreciate being able to collaborate in this way, and it’s great that Bolckmans Group also considers its own tenants,” says Timmermans.

After four years in the unit and one year under Bolckmans Group, Timmermans has only positive things to say. “What stands out most is Bolckmans Group’s quick follow-up. Issues don’t drag on for long—they tackle them head-on. Their responsiveness is very important to us as tenants.”
