Bleckmann Praises Our No-Nonsense Approach
At the end of 2010, Bleckmann joined the Bolckmans family. As a logistics player in the fashion and lifestyle sector, the company was searching for a well-located unit in Ghent. Through a real estate agent, Bleckmann found its new home in our unit at Korte Mate in Ghent.
Bleckmann operates more than 30 sites worldwide, totaling 900,000 m² of warehouse space. The unit in Ghent spans 30,000 m² and is divided across three floors. From this location, Bleckmann serves several clients, focusing primarily on pick-and-pack activities for e-commerce.
Co-founder Steven Rymenans recalls his first impression of the building: “The Bolckmans Group property was already finished and, in our view, ready for immediate occupancy.” Over the past decade, several updates have been made to the building, including the installation of solar panels, office renovations, and upgraded lighting.
